1. The “Spring Referral Madness” contest (the “Contest”) is being held by VIA Insurance Agency from March 21, 2011 to May 20, 2011 (the “Contest Period”).

2. The contest is open to individuals aged 18 and over.

3. NO PURCHASE REQUIRED. Refer an individual or business for a proposal. When they receive a proposal, you will automatically have one (1) entry in the contest. Make sure they let us know they were referred to us by you.

4. There is no maximum number of entries you can have.

5. (a)Periodic Mini Drawings- the prize for the mini drawing, under no circumstances, will be valued at more than $25. The mini drawings will be held periodically throughout the contest period.

(b)1st Grand Prize- the prize for the grand prize, under no circumstances, will be valued at more then $100. The 1st Grand Prize drawing will be held at the end of the contest period.

(c)2nd Grand Prize- the prize for the grand prize, under no circumstances, will be valued at more than $75. The 2nd Grand Prize drawing will be held at the end of the contest period.

6. (a) A random draw for the Periodic “Mini Drawings” by a representative of VIA Insurance Agency will take place at our office, 1212 Corporate Circle, Suite B, Roanoke, VA. One (1) eligible entry will be selected at random among the entries received to date for each “Mini Drawing”. The selected entrant will be notified by telephone, postal mail or email (if email has been made available) by a representative within 15 days following the draw. The same individual cannot be declared the winner for more than one “Mini Drawing”.

(b) A random draw for the 1st Grand Prize and 2nd Grand Prize by a representative of VIA Insurance Agency will take place at our office, 1212 Corporate Circle, Suite B, Roanoke, VA following the end of the contest period. One (1) eligible entry will be selected at random among the entries received to date for the 1st Grand Prize and another for the 2nd Grand Prize. All entries received meeting the criteria of section 3 will be part of the same draw and will be treated equally for the purposes of determining a winner. The selected entrant will be notified by telephone, postal mail or email (if email has been made available) by a representative within 15 days following the draw. The same individual cannot be declared the winner of both drawings.

7. Odds of having an entry selected at random depend on the number of entries received as described in section 3.
